H. Jack Bouroudjian - Chief Executive Officer

Introduction
Hagop (Jack) Bouroudjian, 47 years old, has been a member of the CME since 1987. He is Chief Executive Officer of Index Futures Group and Managing Partner of Index Financial Partners LLC. 

History
Jack has been SVP of Equity Futures for Nikko Securities, Japan’s second largest brokerage house; Credit Agricole Futures and Commerz Futures. At the time, these were divisions of the 17th and 25th largest banks in the world respectively and also served as President of Commerz Futures from 1999-2002. His responsibilities included planning, executing and supervising an effective marketing and sales program along with creating educational concepts designed to expand the European and Asian customer base.

Industry
Jack was a member of the Board of Directors of the CME from 1996-2002 during which time he helped demutualize the exchange and prepare for the pending IPO.  He served as Chairman of the Equity Indices Committee and was an integral part of the Executive Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee.  Jack was a driving force behind the successful introduction of the revolutionary eMini concept to the marketplace.  He was also chairman or co-chairman of over a dozen product and regulatory committees during that time.  

Recognized Financial Commentator
Aside from over 20 years of Futures Industry experience, Jack has had an extensive amount of media experience.  He has done over 1000 international and domestic live TV shots over the last several years including CNBC, CNN, CNNFN, Bloomberg, PBS and countless local and regional broadcasts. He currently is a regular market contributor on CNBC. 

Jack is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago and is happily married with two children.
